With over 35 years of military experience as a highly-decorated Army Command Sergeant Major, including combat tours in Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan, David brings unparalleled leadership and a commitment to service. Having retired after a distinguished career in national defense and cybersecurity, he’s ready to apply his skills to serve his community and drive Billings forward.
